How can I book a room?
You can book a room by phone by calling our reservations department on 05.59.26.35.36, by email at reservation@luzgrandhotel.fr or online on our official website.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm.
Do you offer special deals or packages?
Yes, you can find our special offers on our website in the “special offers” section.
Can I offer a stay as a gift?
Yes, we offer personalized gift vouchers, valid for one or more nights. We invite you to contact us directly, or browse our range of gift packs in the “gift packs” section of the website.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome in our establishment. An additional charge of EUR 25.00 per night and per pet applies. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
Is it possible to add a cot or extra bed in the room?
Yes, we can provide a cot free of charge (on request). An extra bed for a child or adult can also be added in certain rooms, for an extra charge of EUR 51.00 per night for guests aged 12 and over.
What are your cancellation and modification conditions?
Our cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of fare booked:
- For the flexible rate, cancellations and modifications are free of charge up to 72 hours / 5 days (July / August) / 7 days (spa) before the arrival date.
- For non-refundable fares, no refunds or changes are possible after booking.

Is breakfast included in the price?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. It is available at an additional cost of EUR 32.00 per adult per day and EUR 12.00 per child (4-12 years) per day.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, our hotel offers private parking for our guests. This service costs EUR 29.00 per day per vehicle (or EUR 35.00 per day with charging station), subject to availability.
Does the hotel offer valet parking?
Yes, our hotel offers private parking for our guests. This service costs EUR 29.00 per day per vehicle (or EUR 35.00 per day with charging station), subject to availability.
Do you have a concierge service?
Yes, our hotel has a Clé d’Or-certified concierge service. Our team is on hand to respond to your requests for reservations, personalized advice and organization of excursions, to make your stay exceptional.
Do you have free Wi-Fi throughout the establishment?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel.
Is the facility accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our establishment is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We have some adapted rooms and an elevator.
Is it possible to organize events or seminars at the hotel?
Yes, our hotel has a modular “Arnaga” meeting room equipped to host your events.
Thalasso & Spa
How do I book a treatment or access to the spa?

What are the opening hours of the Thalasso and Spa?
The Spa is open daily from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm without reservation.
Can I access the Spa without staying at the hotel?
Yes, we welcome external customers on condition that they book one à la carte treatment per person.
What types of care do you offer?
Our Thalasso & Spa offers a wide range of treatments including Thalasso treatments, Thalasso cures, personalized massages, facials and body treatments.
What facilities are available in the Espace bien être?
We offer an indoor seawater pool heated to 32°C with massage jets, whirlpool baths, sauna, hammam and salt grotto.
Should I wear a bathing cap or sandals at the spa?
Bathing caps are not compulsory in our Thalasso & Spa. For your comfort, sandals are provided at the Spa entrance or directly in your room.
Are there any wellness cures or packages available?
Yes, we offer several cures and wellness packages to suit your needs. Please contact us to find out more about our different packages.
Catering
What are the service hours?
- Breakfast: 7.30 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:30 – 14:15
- Dinner: 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm
- Bar: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
What restaurants are available at the hotel?
Our hotel’s main restaurant, “Aho Fina”, offers refined cuisine combining local flavors and contemporary inspiration.
Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes, the “Aho Fina” restaurant offers vegetarian and gluten-free options to meet the specific needs of our guests. Please do not hesitate to inform our team when making your reservation or upon arrival.
Do I need to reserve a table in advance?
We recommend reserving a table in advance, especially in high season or for dinner.
Is room service available?
Room service is available, and our teams are on hand to take your order. The menu is available in your room or on request from Reception.

Where is the hotel and how do I get there?
The hotel is located at 43 boulevard Thiers, 64500 Saint-Jean-de-Luz, on the seafront, close to the beach and the town center. It is within easy reach of the Saint-Jean-de-Luz SNCF train station and Biarritz airport.
What activities are available in the surrounding area?
The destination offers a multitude of activities to suit all tastes (surfing, stand-up paddle, boat trips, coastal paths, the summit of La Rhune, the historic center and its culinary specialties).
Do you speak languages other than French?
Our team speaks several languages, including English and Spanish.
Do you offer a transfer or shuttle service?
Our Concierge service offers a transfer service at an additional cost for our guests. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service.
